Privacy Policy

This page explains how Report AI handles user information for account access and report generation.

Information collected

Report AI may collect account details such as name, email address, password hash, selected language, payment access status, and report input data entered by the user. Uploaded company logos may also be stored for report formatting.

How information is used

The information is used to create user accounts, generate managerial reports, prepare PDF/PPT/CSV outputs, manage one-report access, and provide support when requested.

Data protection

Passwords are stored as secure hashes. The application should be deployed with HTTPS, a strong production secret key, and properly protected database access.

Third-party services

If payment processing or hosting providers are added later, those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
